With over 4000 acres, elevation changes from 200 – 2000 feet above sea level and the Carmel River’s willow lined banks snaking through it this park is a treasure to locals and you will always see dozens of cars parked in the parking lot off Carmel Valley Road. Garland is open for hikers, bikers and horseback riding daily.
