Fisherman's Flats is a small neighborhood located near Monterey Peninsula Airport and Jack’s Peak Park. Located just east of HWY 1 and just South of HWY 68 in the city of Monterey, the Fishermans Flats neighborhood offers owners of real estate easy access to downtown Monterey, Carmel and the HWY 68 Corridor. Carmel Valley and Pacific Grove are not too far away either, making Fisherman’s Flats an ideal place to live if you are looking for a full time Monterey residence in a private Monterey neighborhood full of families and it’s own grade school. Although rare, a few Fishermans Flats homes will have nice views of Monterey Bay which is always welcome in Monterey real estate.
