Peter’s Gate – Monte Rogio real estate is best defined as eclectic. There are Spanish revival style homes, French country homes, mid century modern homes, Craftsman style homes and even Tudor style homes. It is truly a smorgasbord of architectural styles, sizes and prices.
Peter’s Gate real estate also has homes with ocean and Monterey Bay views. These homes are typically located near the top of this neighborhood and can be quite pricey when compared to the average cost for a home in the neighborhood.
