1. The entire living room and entry area has been redone; a brand NEW fireplace with a granite facelift, a NEW modern SOLAS 20 gas insert plus a NEW wall at the entry staircase and NEW support beam to the ceiling plus a Wi-Fi ceiling fan with an LED light.

2. The entire electrics in the home with a NEW panel, NEW whole house LIGHTNING PROTECTOR, NEW wiring, NEW wall points to code and w/new circuits still available, all up to code.

There is now NEW extensive closet storage and a NEW adjacent new Master Bathroom #2 with a large granite shower with no curb. Fully sound proofed as well from the surrounding area with double walls and covered in granite tile!

7. The entire kitchen/family room is new with a new kitchen granite tops, NEW appliances (Miele/Viking), new cabinetry PLUS the kitchen cooking counter now faces the ocean with industrial grade exhaust. This area has been totally remodeled and walls have been removed to make this a GREAT ROOM.

8. All plumbing is advanced and new, 1.2GPM and high end fixtures from Cal Faucets and Hans Grohe. Kitchen sink is NEW from Franke with high end SS plus 2hp NEW Garbage Disposal unit. Water outlets are well within the Monterey County water allowance.

9. NEW oak wood hand railings (by code) inside the home (both floors) are and are now attached to both walls.

10. All the floors are brand NEW and solid oak – all floors with special lite finish.

11. Installed double insulation in the main floor ceiling and walls during construction, above code.

12. Home has NEW wireless bells, fire alarms, video cameras and alert systems. Wireless Bell and audio/video camera by RING and exterior mounted video camera with facial recognition by NEST with real time alerts on mobile phone.
