The Monterey Peninsula is a special place to call home. For those of us who have grown up here, raised families here and spent our careers helping people buy and sell property here, it is much more than a real estate market. It is our community.

The Monterey Peninsula Home Team is a locally rooted real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Coastal Estates. Based in Pacific Grove, our team is owned and led by Lynda Nichols, Mark Bruno and Jeff Davi. Together, we bring decades of real estate experience, deep community relationships and complementary professional backgrounds to the clients we serve.

We represent buyers and sellers throughout Pacific Grove, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Carmel Valley, Seaside, Marina and the surrounding communities. Our Story: Family, Friendship and Real Estate

The Monterey Peninsula Home Team's story begins with Lynda Nichols, a respected local real estate professional whose career helped establish the relationships, market knowledge and client-first philosophy that remain central to the team today.

Real estate has also been a family connection. Lynda's son, Mark Bruno, grew up around the business before pursuing a successful career in sales management, product development and business leadership. He returned to the Monterey Peninsula and entered the real estate profession in 2005, bringing with him a strong background in negotiation, technology and marketing.

Mark's longtime friend and business partner Jeff Davi brings another dimension to the team. Mark and Jeff have known each other since their school days at Stevenson on the Monterey Peninsula. Jeff is an experienced real estate broker, community leader and former California Real Estate Commissioner.

Today, the three share ownership of the Monterey Peninsula Home Team. Lynda contributes the perspective and relationships developed over her long career, while Mark and Jeff lead much of the team's day-to-day real estate business.

The family connection extends to the day-to-day work of the team. Mark's wife, Teresa Bruno, serves as Office Executive Assistant, coordinating listing preparations, scheduling, bookkeeping and administrative operations. Together with Transaction Coordinator Nichole Fisher and our real estate professionals, she helps turn plans into action and keep the details moving. The result is a business shaped by both lasting personal relationships and a dedicated professional support team.

What ties us together is a belief that real estate should be handled with professionalism, straightforward communication and genuine concern for the people we serve. We believe our clients benefit when traditional local relationships are combined with sophisticated research, effective negotiation and modern marketing tools.
