Carmel Hills Real Estate

Carmel Hills is a small neighborhood located around Carmel High School just east of HWY 1 in the city of Carmel.  This neighborhood offers owners of real estate easy access to Carmel, Carmel Valley and the Monterey Peninsula making it an ideal place to live if you are looking for an affordable full time Carmel residence. Many Carmel Hills homes will have nice views down Carmel Valley and the Fish Ranch (pictured above) which is one of my favorite views in Carmel Valley.  Unfortunately some of the real estate in Carmel Hills will experience mild to moderate traffic noise from HWY 1, which tends to push the home prices down a bit when compared to areas with out the noise from the highway.
